You must be
RS gold blackpilled pretty bad on OSRS
Dunleagues is fun since the electron trickle is near continuous and its rewarding to tryhard. In leagues you may play with it AFK by taking draining strikes and basically afking every PVM non boss task, or you could tryhard and spec out supervisors along with ornate.
I disagree. Imo TL is simply better designed. The programs they include (map unlocks, relics, no GE) personalize account progression & empower multiple"optimum" /"meta" trajectories through the game.
The most important dilemma OSRS has is that it's (effectively) an aggressive single player game using a rigid global meta and mechanisms for gamers to exchange USD for greatest in slot gear.
I agree with you concerning it being well designed though naturally it's lacking in some respects (hint scrolls, relics not all well-balanced). I didn't say the ONLY reason TL is fun is due to its relative speed compared to primary game. That's a massive part of it though; TL does not and debatably couldn't exist within a vacuum.
I think each game style has it's location -- chief game lets you do things where you desire, TL let us you perform them when you want. They operate together nicely and I like things how they are.
An aggressive skilling scene wouldn't exist if it were not for the relatively slow xp rates and difficulty in progressing your character to ascend.
I do see why some gamers might not be interested at the
cheap RuneScape gold skilling/levelling part, if they're more into pvm/pking/socializing. But grinding abilities is a core component of the sport that many enjoy.
